EZY Dirtiest Car Contest: Official Rules
Effective August 14, 2026
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
1. Sponsor
EZY Mobile Detailing, based in Franklin, TN and serving the Middle Tennessee area ("Sponsor," "we," "us").
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and reside within the Sponsor's service area at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. One entry per vehicle. If you win, the vehicle must be legally owned or operated by you.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted from August 14, 2026 through September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
Visit the contest entry page and complete the entry form. You'll be asked to provide your name, phone number, email address, and to upload photos of the vehicle you're entering.
Photo requirements:
- Upload between 2 and 8 original photos of the same vehicle in its current, unwashed condition.
- At least one interior photo and at least one exterior photo are required. Entries that do not include both may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
- Photos must be your own; do not submit images you don't have the right to use.
5. How the winner is chosen
After the Entry Period closes, the Sponsor will review all valid entries and select one winner based on the overall condition of the vehicle shown in the submitted photos. Judging is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and is final.
6. Winner announcement and notification
The winner will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must respond within five (5) days of first notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five days, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize
One (1) grand prize: a Full Detail service at the winner's vehicle, on a mutually agreeable date and time. The prize is provided as-is, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash equivalent. Any incidental expenses (including travel outside the service area, taxes, or fees not specified) are the winner's responsibility.
8. Extreme conditions
If, upon in-person inspection, the winning vehicle presents conditions that the Sponsor reasonably deems unsafe or unsuitable for standard detailing — such as biohazards, active pest infestation, hazardous materials, standing water, or damage that would require repair — the Sponsor may, at its discretion: (a) perform a reduced scope of work, (b) offer an alternate service of equal or lesser value, or (c) decline to perform the service.
9. Photos and publicity
By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the submitted photos — and, if you win, before/after photos of the completed detail — in the Sponsor's marketing, on its website, and on its social media channels, without further notice or compensation. You represent that you own the rights to the photos you submit or have permission from the rights holder.
10. Entrant offer
Every valid entrant will receive, at the email address provided at entry, a one-time promotional code for 10% off one detailing service booked through the Sponsor. The code is valid through December 31, 2026, cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, has no cash value, and is not transferable.
11. Privacy
Information collected at entry (name, phone, email, photos) is used to administer the contest, deliver the entrant promo code, and — with your separate opt-in — send SMS messages about your booking or promotional communications. See the Sponsor's Privacy Policy for more.
12. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes to be fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise in violation of these Rules or any applicable law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems that prevent an entry from being received.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined in the Sponsor's sole discretion.
13. Release
By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
14. Governing law
The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
