These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EZY Precision website at ezyprecision.com (the "Site") and the mobile auto detailing services we provide (the "Services"). EZY Precision is a sole proprietorship operated by Ezra Peterson, based in the Franklin, Tennessee area. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean EZY Precision, and "you" means you, the customer or Site visitor.
By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book a service.
1. Our Services
We provide mobile auto detailing. We come to your location and detail your vehicle on site. Service packages, add-ons, and pricing are described on the Site and may change at any time. The package details and prices shown when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.
2. Booking and scheduling
When you submit a booking request, you are asking us to reserve a time. A request is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm the date, time, and details, usually by text or phone. We may decline or reschedule a request based on availability, location, weather, or other factors.
3. Pricing and payment
We do not collect payment through the Site. Payment is due after the service is completed, on site, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and needs of your vehicle. If your vehicle needs significantly more work than the selected package covers, we will tell you before we begin and give you the option to adjust the service or the price.
4. Access, water, and power
Because we come to you, you are responsible for providing safe and legal access to your vehicle and a place for us to work. Some services may need access to water or electrical power at your location. We will let you know in advance if that applies. If we cannot safely complete the service because of access, weather, or site conditions, we may need to reschedule.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the time to another customer. We may set cancellation or rescheduling guidelines and will share them when you book.
6. Your vehicle and personal belongings
Please remove personal items, valuables, and trash from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Tell us in advance about any pre existing damage, sensitive surfaces, aftermarket finishes, wraps, coatings, or mechanical issues so we can detail your vehicle safely.
7. Results and satisfaction
We take pride in our work and aim for a result you are happy with. Detailing outcomes depend on the starting condition of the vehicle, and some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or wear may not be fully removable. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right. Any satisfaction guarantee or warranty we offer will be described on the Site or shared with you directly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EZY Precision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services or your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold EZY Precision harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, logos, photos, and content, belongs to EZY Precision or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
11. Third party services
The Site uses third party tools to operate, including hosting, scheduling, messaging, email, and analytics providers. Your use of the Site may also be subject to those providers' terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version on the Site. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last updated. If you keep using the Site or Services after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
